The Veteran Volunteer Program is a nationwide initiative developed and maintained by Universally Modified Racing, to connect veterans and race teams with each other across the country. Our focus is on inclusion regardless of disability, skill sets, or occupation. There is room for everyone.
What is the purpose of the Veteran Volunteer Program?
The Veteran Volunteer Program's goal is to reestablish the camaraderie and a common mission amongst Veterans returning to civilian life. As Veterans, we don't just serve our country, but we gain a family. Upon leaving the military, whether by choice or for medical reasons, we lose a large part of our identify and constantly try to recreate it even if we recognize it or not.
